Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Pre-orders. Brawler cases are in pre-order. Joining the pre-order list is free. We'll email you when cases are ready to order, along with an estimated ship date.

Processing time. Once cases are in stock, orders ship within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time. Most US orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after shipping.

Tracking. You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping cost. Shipping rates are shown at checkout before you pay.

Lost or damaged packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, or it arrives damaged, email hello@brawlercases.com within 30 days and we'll make it right.
