Refund policy

30-day returns. If you're not happy with your Brawler case, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

To be eligible, the case must be unused and in its original packaging. Email us at hello@brawlercases.com with your order number to start a return, and we'll send instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived defective or we sent the wrong item.

Defects and damage in transit. If your case arrives damaged, defective, or is the wrong model or color, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Pre-orders. Reserving a case on the pre-order list is free and requires no payment. If you placed a paid order, you can cancel any time before it ships for a full refund.

Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and process the refund. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
